Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that encourages students to explore the English language, literature, and its cultural nuances.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging and comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational objectives.
- Cultivate an inclusive and supportive online classroom environment that encourages active participation and student engagement.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various evaluation methods, including exams, assignments, and presentations.
- Provide constructive and timely feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enrich the learning experience and make lessons interactive.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in English education and incorporate relevant teaching methodologies into your lessons.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or a related field.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, demonstrating a strong command of the language.
- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and proficiency in educational technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

Remuneration
- Salary: N150,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
- Accommodation provided.
