Job Summary

The Office Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO’s office. This position involves providing administrative support, managing office facilities, coordinating communication, and facilitating the implementation of office policies and procedures.

 

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and manage documentation.
  • Oversee the physical office space, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a professional environment.
  • Liaise with external vendors for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
  • Effective coordination and communication within the CEO’s office.
  • Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the CEO’s Personal Assistant and other members of the executive team.
  • Interact with staff across various departments and external contacts as needed.

 

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role as an office administrator, preferably with a minimum of 8 years in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing office operations, including but not limited to administrative support, facility management,  and team coordination
