1. Customer Support Officer
Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by utilizing company resources and knowledge base.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information

2. Graphics Designer
Job Description
- Develop and design engaging visual content for digital and print media, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, website elements, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies that align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
- Create high-quality, pixel-perfect designs that effectively communicate our brand message, values, and unique selling points to our target audience.
- Utilize industry-standard design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce visually stunning graphics and layouts.
- Maintain a keen understanding of design trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative, relevant, and competitive in the market.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve the visual appeal and usability of our marketing materials and digital platforms.
- Assist with photo editing, retouching, and manipulation as needed to enhance the quality and impact of our visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
- Uphold brand consistency and integrity across all design assets, ensuring they reflect the company’s identity and values.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including both digital and print materials.
- Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
3. Social Media Handler
Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to promote our brand, increase follower engagement, and drive conversions.
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok,
- Plan and schedule daily posts, stories, and updates across all social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions and building relationships with our online community.
- Monitor social media trends, topics, and conversations relevant to the hospitality industry, and leverage insights to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand visibility and user engagement.
- Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our social media efforts remain effective and compliant.
- Monitor online reviews and feedback on review sites and social media platforms, and collaborate with the customer service team to address customer concerns and maintain a positive brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven work experience as a social media handler or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, and familiarity with social media management tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers and followers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media strategies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
4. Housekeeper / Office Assistant / Host
Job Description
- Ensure clean environment on daily basis.
- Deal with special request such as room service, ride bookings and wake up calls.
- Keep kitchen walls and work surfaces and equipment clean.
- Dispose wastes and rubbish correctly.
- Any other assigned responsibility by supervisor.
- Requirements & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in similar role.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Proximity to ikeja, lagos.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND preferably
- SSCE holder with good communication may be considered.
