1.) HR Manager (Chinese / Nigerian Diction)
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Chinese HR manager in completing departmental tasks
- Responsible for tracking and implementing the daily work of the Nigerian team
- Responsible for localizing team management
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND or above
- 25-35 years old, with at least three years of experience in the same position
- Candidates must be a Chinese and English diction, HR manager with over three years of experience, familiar with local human resources recruitment channels
- Proficient in both Chinese and English diction
- Outgoing personality, resolute, flexible in handling things, able to endure hardships, with specific and certain ability to withstand pressure.
Salary Range
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month.

2.) HR (Training) Manager
Location: Abia
Job Responsibilities
- Based on the company’s business objectives and employee needs, develop a training plan and ensure its implementation.
- Design and develop various training programs, including new employee onboarding training, skill enhancement training, leadership development training, etc.
- Regularly communicate with various departments to understand their training needs, and analyze and organize them.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, with priority given to majors related to human resource management, enterprise management, etc.
- At least 3 years of training work experience, and at least 3 years of training manager or related position experience.
- Familiar with training processes and methods, possessing good course design, evaluation, and implementation abilities; Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit; Proficient in using office software and training related software.
- 25-35 years old, in good health and without any bad habits.
Salary Range
N160,000 – N250,000 / Month.

3.) Sales Manager (Chemical Fiber Production)
Location: Abia
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales of fiber products in Nigeria.
- Responsible for leading the Nigerian team to expand the market.
- Responsible for the training and management of the Nigerian team.
- Responsible for the research of Nigerian market-locally produced fiber products.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND or above;
- Have more than 2-5 years of sales experience, familiar with the local chemical fiber product market.
- Familiar with the local chemical fiber market in Nigeria.
Salary Range
N300,000 to N500,000 / Month.

4.) Workshop Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, leading, organizing and supervising the day to day activities of the workshop section
- Reviewing completed works
- Dealing with Health and Safety issues
- Optimizing workflows
- Completion of quality control inspections
- Maintain equipment assets and controlling the quality of repairs
Requirements & Skills
- Must be a graduate of B.Sc / HND in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- Must have a cognate experience in managing a workshop/factory for a minimum of 8 years
- Must be an Indian or Pakistan.
Salary
USD1,000 – USD1,5000 / Month
