1.) Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the Company’s brand goals and target audience.
- Manage and maintain Company’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Craft compelling content for various digital platforms, including website blogs, product descriptions, engaging social media posts (text, images, and videos), and email marketing campaigns.
- Manage the Company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by developing a content calendar, creating high-quality visuals, and fostering an active and engaged online community.
- Utilize paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) to drive targeted traffic to the website and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to promote the Company’s products and reach new audiences.
- Track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using analytics tools to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies in the beauty and skincare industry.
Qualifications

2.) Content Creator
Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Develop creative and engaging video content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok) including product tutorials, reviews, makeup trends, and collaborations with beauty influencers.
- Craft compelling captions and descriptions for social media posts.
- Script and shoot high-quality product photography and lifestyle imagery.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and content formats.
Brand Storytelling:
- Capture the essence of the Buybetter Cosmetics brand voice and personality in all content creation.
- Highlight the unique selling points and benefits of our products.
- Promote a message of inclusivity, self-expression, and confidence in your content.
Community Engagement:
- Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
- Analyze audience engagement metrics and adapt conte nt strategy accordingly.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of current beauty trends and the social media landscape.
- Excellent video editing skills (familiarity with editing software like Final Cut Pro, Capcutor Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Experience with product photography and basic photo editing skills is preferred.
- A passion for makeup and the beauty industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role
- We’re seeking a talented and passionate Creative Designer to join our growing team!
- You’ll play a vital role in crafting visually stunning and innovative designs that elevate the Buybetter Cosmetics brand across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Develop compelling design concepts for marketing materials, including packaging design, social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Create high-quality product mockups and packaging layouts.
- Design engaging infographics and data visualizations.
Brand Identity:
- Maintain brand consistency across all design elements, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to translate brand strategy
- into visually impactful design solutions.
- Explore new design trends and innovation to keep the Buybetter Cosmetics brand image fresh and modern.
User Experience (UX) Design:
- Contribute to the user experience (UX) design of the Buybetter Cosmetics website and e-commerce platform.
- Ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly experience for customers across all digital touchpoints.
Software Proficiency:
- Adept in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of web design principles and potentially UI/UX design software (a plus).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, with a focus on beauty and cosmetics industry experience (a plus).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into creative and visually appealing designs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
