Job Description

  • We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced FMCG Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing modern trade channels and the premium market segment within the FMCG industry.
  • This role requires someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in modern trade and premium market segments.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key accounts and partners within the modern trade sector.
  • Manage existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum Experience: 5 years of Modern trade, for those who know the process of from registering the brand to having relationships to close deals.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in FMCG or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
