1. General Manager of Marketing (Oil, Gas, and Energy Sector – LPG Focus)

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable General Manager of Marketing with a strong background in the oil, gas, and energy sector, particularly focused on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The General Manager of Marketing will lead our marketing efforts, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to promote our LPG products and services, expand market share, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the LPG sector, aligning with company objectives and market dynamics.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in the LPG industry, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Product Positioning: Define and refine the positioning of our LPG products and services in the market, highlighting key differentiators and value propositions.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of our brand identity and reputation within the LPG sector, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to engage with existing and potential LPG customers, driving brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and tools to support the sales process and drive revenue growth.
  • Industry Partnerships: Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders in the LPG sector, including suppliers, distributors, regulators, and industry associations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards related to LPG marketing and distribution, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, regularly analyzing data and metrics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to drive high performance and results.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of extensive experience in marketing leadership roles within the oil, gas, and energy sector, with a strong focus on LPG.
  • In-depth knowledge of the LPG industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and
  • interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership ability with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams to achieve excellence.

2. Company Driver


Position Overview

  • We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Company Driver to join our team.
  • The Company Driver will be responsible for safely transporting employees, clients, and company goods to designated locations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safe Transportation: Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and company goods to various locations as needed.
  • Route Planning: Plan and map out the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, considering traffic and weather conditions.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, while operating company vehicles.
  • Passenger Assistance: Provide assistance to passengers, including opening doors, loading and unloading luggage or equipment, and ensuring their comfort and safety during transit.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with the transportation coordinator or designated contact person to provide updates on travel progress and any issues encountered.
  • Recordkeeping: Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, maintenance activities, and passenger logs, submitting reports as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible with work hours and willing to accommodate changes in schedule or travel plans as needed.
  • Safety Awareness: Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following safe driving practices, wearing seat belts, and adhering to company safety protocols at all times.


  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • 5 years proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying luggage or equipment.




3. Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director.
  • The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
  • This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Managing Director’s schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips, ensuring cost-effectiveness and convenience.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential documents and communications.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
  • Special Projects: Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Managing Director, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to think critically and problem-solve independently.
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
