The company started as a wholesale business with just two (2) staff. We have over the years, evolved into a major player in the Healthcare Industry with business footprints spanning Pharmaceutical Wholesaling, Medical Device Marketing, Pharma Sales and Marketing and Consulting. Our business though based in Plot 29 Ilupeju Industrial Avenue, Ilupeju. Lagos,which is the commercial hub of Nigeria with two other offices in Abuja and Port Harcourt, with business operations covering the entire geographical area of the country.

Job Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for our pharmaceutical products and medical.
  • You will work closely with our sales and research teams to understand market trends, competitor products, and customer needs. Your goal will be to increase product awareness, maximize product sales, and increase market share.
  • You will also be responsible for managing marketing budgets, conducting market research, and coordinating product launches.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
  • Manage marketing budgets.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Coordinate product launches.
  • Work closely with sales and research teams.
  • Understand market trends and competitor products.
  • Increase product awareness and sales.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for promotional activities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.

 

 

 

 

Skills and Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Natural Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Proven competencies in using marketing tools.
  • Proven relationships with marketing/advertising agencies or direct relationships with advert outlets.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Ability to drive and must have a valid vehicle license.
