Job Description

  • As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
  • You will be responsible for both Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to reaching our target audience.





Key Responsibilities: Marketing Manager 

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Oversee ATL campaigns, including advertising, media planning, and public relations.
  • Manage BTL activities such as events, promotions, and partnerships to engage customers and drive conversions.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to optimize marketing efforts and achieve targets.





Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing team lead or similar role
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of ATL and BTL marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms is desirable.

N300,000 – N400,000 monthly
