Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly extroverted, energetic, and intelligent Marketing Manager to join our executive team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through securing new affiliates, investors, and buyers for our products, bonds, equity, properties, and lands.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure new affiliates to market Afrihood products
- Secure new investors to purchase Afrihood bonds and equity
- Secure new buyers for Afrihood’s properties and lands
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
- Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including partners, investors, and customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and campaigns
- Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing management (at least 5 years)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, social media management)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience in real estate or infrastructural development marketing
- Professional certification in marketing (e.g., CIM, Google Analytics).
