1.) Bartender and Barback
Job Description
- Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders.
- Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies.
Responsibilities
- Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant customers
- Interact with customers, take orders
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Bartenders engages customers who sit at the bar by providing stimulating conversation and excellent customer service while filling drink orders for other customers.
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage standard operation procedures
- Any other task assigned
2.) Restaurant Logistics Officer
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective supply chain and movement of riders and drivers
- Plan and coordinate the drivers and dispatch movement to ensure that cost ( fueling) is being minimized
- Set a budget/ database for repairs and fueling
- Manage schedules for deliveries to minimize disruption to restaurant operations
- Supervise and train all logistics staff( dispatch riders and drivers)
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Any other job assigned.
3.) Restaurant Auditor
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze financial data
- Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs
- Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc
- Help management make important decisions biased on costs and benefits (e.g. investments, market growth, pricing changes)
- Create and manage budgets, and monitor spending
- Conduct audits on financial processes and transactions
- Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
- Estimate product costs for existing and new products
- Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor and inventory
- Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions
- Conduct market research to support future business planning
- Support most aspects of accounting management (billing, tax forms, reporting etc.)
- Formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements
- Monitor sales and expenses
- Give opening and closing stock for kitchen so as to monitor wastages
- Provide cost of sales so as to control cost and minimize cost of sales
- Manage journal entries, invoices etc. and reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing
- Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts
- Participate in preparation for the annual audit
- Help in development of reports for management or regulatory bodies
- Review the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances
- Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records
- Control wastages in kitchen
- Provide menu cost and portioning standard
