Job Description
- The ideal candidates primary roles will be to conduct thorough audits across our organization’s operations, processes, and procedures to guarantee alignment with relevant laws, regulations, and internal protocols.
- You will also be tasked to scrutinize documentation, procedures, and systems to pinpoint potential areas of non-compliance or risk.

- Conduct thorough audits across organization’s operations, processes, and procedures to guarantee alignment with relevant laws, regulations, and internal protocols.
- Scrutinize documentation, procedures, and systems to pinpoint potential areas of non-compliance or risk.
- Engage in interviews with employees and stakeholders to gather insights into compliance practices and areas for enhancement.
- Analyze audit outcomes and create comprehensive reports detailing compliance gaps and recommended corrective measures.
- Work closely with management and stakeholders to execute corrective strategies and address compliance deficiencies.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure continual compliance with regulations.
- Remain updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, integrating necessary updates into compliance protocols.
- Aid in developing and implementing compliance training initiatives for staff members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable institution; additional qualifications such as a Master’s Degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous.
- Qualified lawyer with proven experience minimum of at least 2 years
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards, with the ability to effectively represent the company’s interests in legal proceedings.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues and communicate them clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all work products and interactions.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
