Role Description
- As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- You will assist in creating content, managing social media channels, analysing campaign performance, and contributing to overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email
- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing materials
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials
- Assist in the organisation of promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior internship or work experience in marketing is a plus.
