Junior Community Coordinator
- In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team to assist in the development and implementation of strategies to engage and connect with our community members.
- You will play a key role in organizing events, managing social media channels, and fostering relationships with community partners to promote a sense of belonging and inclusivity within our community.

Responsibilities;
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a sense of belonging among our community members
- Assist in planning, promoting, and executing community events, both in-person and virtual
- Engage with community members on social media platforms to foster meaningful interactions and gather feedback
- Create and curate content for social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters to keep the community informed and engaged
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of community initiatives
- Monitor and analyze community feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Support the community engagement team in other tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms (WhatsApp, Discord, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for community engagement and making a positive impact
