About the Role

We are seeking an innovative marketing leader to oversee our social media, brand building, content writing, and web content strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences. This critical role will lead all brand, social, and content efforts to grow our audience to millions of followers and further establish our company as an industry leader.

Responsibilities

1. Develop effective social media, brand, content writing, and web content strategies in alignment with business goals for consumer and business audiences
2. Manage and mentor a high-performing content and marketing team
3. Oversee creation of compelling written content across social media, websites, blogs, emails, and advertising
4. Identify trends, platforms, and partners to expand reach and engagement
5. Direct end-to-end production of engaging digital content campaigns
6. Conduct marketing analysis and optimize content based on performance data
7. Build influencer relationships, partnerships, and ambassador programs
8. Represent our brand story and vision across external communications

Requirements

1. 7+ years leading content, brand, social, and/or web teams
2. Record of success growing audiences, followers and engagement to 1 million+
3. Experience managing B2C and B2B social media, content writing, and web content
4. Strong creative direction and production skills
5. Entrepreneurial marketing leader able to turn ideas into executions
6. Excellent and versatile business writing abilities
7. Savvy in latest social, content, video platforms and trends
8. Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling abilities
9. Analytically-minded with experience in metrics analysis
10. Passionate, innovative driver of brand vision and growth

As a Frontend Engineer and UI/UX Designer at Voltrox HQ LLC, You will play a pivotal role in laying and building the design and frontend foundation of our products developments. This position demands expertise in Javascript, Typescript and Figma as part of our core stack we use , with a focus on delivering high-quality, performant applications. The candidate for this position should be versatile, possess leadership and self management skills, Confidence in their expertise to provide sound advice and guidance.

This is a full-time role and we are building a product with time sensitivity, therefore the individual must be timely, efficient and adaptive. The individual must also show mastery of not only being the right fit for this role with an assessment that will be administered, but also demonstrate successful experience working with startups they have worked on, as part of their experience journey.

This position demands expertise as a Machine Learning Engineer , with a focus on delivering high-quality, performant systems. The candidate for this position should be versatile, possess leadership and self management skills, and confident in their expertise to provide sound advice and guidance.

This is a full-time role and we are building a product with time sensitivity, therefore the individual must be timely, efficient and adaptive. The individual must also show mastery of not only being the right fit for this role with an assessment that will be administered, but also demonstrate successful experience working with startups they have worked on, as part of their experience journey.

Experience Level

Minimum of 4 years experience Working at a Startup enabled environment

Requirements

1. Strong Python Skills
2. Expertise in major machine learning modeling libraries (e.g., H2O, scikit-learn, PyTorch) and techniques (e.g. random forest, gradient boosting, k-means segmentation, multiple regression, factor analysis, time-series forecasting)
3. Experience in digital data sets, e.g., social listening, social network analysis)
4. Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik, D3)
