Our client, a leading player in the Insurance Sector has the following openings:

  1. Branch Managers
  2. Business Development Officers

 

1. Branch Manager

Location: Abuja, Abeokuta, Akure, Benin, Ibadan, Port-Harcourt & Warri

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. The possession of a Master’s degree and/or professional qualifications shall be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of five (5) years post-qualification relevant experience in a similar job position in the financial services sector, preferably the insurance sub-sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
  • Customer-centric mindset and focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong business development and networking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales of General Insurance products.
  • Build and expand the client base for the company.
  • Creating, Marketing, and reporting on business initiatives and outcomes within their Branch catchment areas

2. Business Development Officers

Location: Abuja, Abeokuta, Akure, Benin, Ibadan, Onitsha, Osogbo, Port-Harcourt & Warri

Requirements:

  • BSc. Marketing or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of one to two years post-qualification relevant experience in the financial services sector, preferably the insurance sub-sector.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Implement marketing strategies to sell new and existing General Insurance products.
  • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking.
  • Creating, marketing, and reporting on business initiatives and outcomes within their Branch catchment areas.
