1. Construction Site Officer

Job Description

  • Overseeing and managing bulding construction projects
  • Conducting site inspections
  • Reviewing construction drawings and collaborating with Contractors
  • Review the work progress on daily basis
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.

Job Requirements

  • BSC in Civi Engineering
  • Certification in construction engineering or related field is a plus
  • Not more than 6 years post-NYSC experience
  • Experience in construction engineering and civil engineering
  • Expertise in civil engineering and project mangement.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and reviewing constructiondrawings
  • Ability to conduct inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Knowlede of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to mange multiple projects simultaneously



2. Customer Relationship Officer

Job Description

  • Analyzing customer needs, managing customer interactions and providing excellent customer service.
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
  • Schedule regular follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Resolve client and resident complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keep clients updated on the latest products to increase sales.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Not more than 5 years Post-NYSC experience
  • Customer service and customer satisfaction skills
  • Customer Experience Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to mange customer interactions
  • Strong problem solving bskiils
  • Attention to details
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus



3. Real Estate Officer

Job Description

  • Responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property management, lease administration, leases and Commercial Real Estate
  • Contractor Coordination, Quality Assurance & Reporting
  • Coordinate and schedule property inspection with clients
  • Contact potential clients via phone calls, emails, and arranged meetings to offer them management services
  • Oversee activities that lead up to the sales, purchase, lease or development of an estate property
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of property taxes, accessibility and values to ensure efficient management of property

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in property management, lease administration and leases
  • Knowledge of real estate and commercial real estate
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in project management is a plus.



4. Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

  • Preparing and Analyzing Bill of Quantities.
  • Negotiate and agree on contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided.
  • Cost management & control
  • Cost planning and cost reporting
  • Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, establish new relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adequate resources for all projects and continually improve pricing and quality of work; meet subcontractors and suppliers on-site as necessary.
  • Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment for jobs.
  • Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations, ensure accurate takeoffs to ensure budgets are accurate.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying
  • Not more than 5 years post NYSC experience
  • Cost Control, BOQ and Cost Management Skills
  • Cost Planning and Cost Reporting Skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Quantity Surveying software
  • Knowledge of construction materials and methods
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus.



5. Graduate Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities
  • Allocating work to Sub-Contractors
  • Negotiate pricing contracts with Subcontractors and Suppliers,
  • Monitoring the quality of service provided by Subcontractors.
  • Process payments and invoices.
  • Preparing tender and contract documents.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum of 3.0 CGPA for University and 2.8 CGPA for Polytechnic
  • Between 1 to 3 years of working experience in the construction sector

6. Graduate Trainee – Civil Engineer & Builder

Job Description

  • Participate in the design and development of engineering projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Manage project resources and budgets
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of data
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
  • Completing all tasks assigned by the Supervisor and assisting wherever possible.
  • Observing health and safety guidelines at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Building Construction
  • Minimum of 3.0 CGPA for University and 2.8 CGPA for Polytechnic.
  • 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Packages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
