Prime Hire Professional Services is seeking a motivated IT Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team. As a IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and creating solutions for our customers in the cybersecurity industry. You will work closely with the sales and engineering teams to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise on our cybersecurity products and services. Responsibilities of IT Sales Executive

    • Sell the company’s products and services to achieve the company’s annual sales revenue targets and increase the company market share by the agreed percentage.
    • Design and implement strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base by the agreed percentage and achieve the set lead conversion ratio by creating strategic partnerships.
    • Onboard new and profitable reputable companies as customers, manage and sustain existing
    • Customers of the Company by partnering with them and understanding their needs to achieve at least 98% customer retention and satisfaction rates from customer surveys.
    • Drive speedy negotiation and closure of deals through demonstration, technical presentation, and sales of value proposition to deliver a win-win solution for both clients and company and increase the agreed quarterly sales Cycle Speed /Rate and cash flow ratio.
    • Participate and coordinate pre-sales activities to successfully close all deals with the clients and increase lead conversion and cash flow ratios by an agreed percentage quarterly.
    • Create and submit monthly sales performance reports/analyses/trends and provide management with new market penetration strategies that are cost-effective to increase agreed industry reach and market capture in the specific product area.
    • Conduct products, customer and services research on emerging markets, market shifts, end-of- life products and customer complaints. Provide monthly analysis and recommendations to customers and management to achieve higher sales, higher margins, and effective cost management.
    • Educate all clients on the readiness for proper service delivery using the client readiness checklist 100% for successful solution installation/purchases and ensure operations, logistics and finance departments provide prompt services for client satisfaction.
    • Attending virtual and physical sales events, training, conferences, and exhibitions to increase market knowledge, exposure, network, industry reach, company’s brand awareness and RFP size by an agreed percentage quarterly.

Requirements of IT Sales Executive

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a IT/Cybersecurity Sales or related role.
    • Proven track record in sales with a focus on cybersecurity solutions.
    • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, products, and industry best practices.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and in-office environment.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CASP, CISSP, CISM) are a plus but not mandatory.
