- We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our mutual fund and insurance products.
- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and optimization of product features to drive user engagement and retention

Responsibilities of an Insurance Operations Manager
- Lead the daily operations and management of mutual fund and insurance products, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to package and promote mutual fund and insurance products, driving user engagement and retention.
- Maintain relationships with cooperation institutions to stay informed of industry laws, regulations, and policies.
- Prepare regular reports for mutual fund and insurance products, coordinating with stakeholders on compliance, finance, and other matters.
Qualifications: Insurance Operations Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance or related fields.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in a mutual fund, insurance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of the mutual fund and insurance industry, including market trends and user behaviors.
- Exceptional team communication and collaboration skills, with a dedication to learning and research.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities, leveraging data analysis for informed judgments.
