Leadway Assurance Company Limited was founded in 1970. Sir (Dr.) Hassan O. Odukale, (KJW, D.Sc., FCIIN).It has a chequered history of being a company with close attention to relationships, having started operations as a direct motor insurance company. Soon the relationship developed to a stage where it has established a deep relationship with the brokers’ network in Nigeria, enjoying 80% of its current business from this source. The pivotal point at Leadway is “the customer” and the company has enjoyed a steady growth in its commitment to providing integrated insurance and financial services to its numerous customers. Job Summary

The Ideal candidate must be a smart and highly intelligent person and will be responsible for Selling all company products, including but not limited to (Non-life Insurance/tailored Products, Marine, Goods in transit, and Motor Insurance) to prospective and existing customers.

Job Description of an Insurance Advisor/Sales Executive 

  • Prospecting of insurance policies to individuals across various target groups
  • Account management of policyholders.
  • Cross-selling & Upselling to preferred target market
  • Create and coordinate sales schedules
  • Work with the team to discuss and collaborate on marketing campaigns/strategy

 

 

 

 

 

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline from a reputable university.
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Experience: 0-5 years as qualified candidates will be trained by the management team- Years of experience are not required as qualified candidates will undergo professional sales and marketing training
  • Applicants must reside in Lagos
  • Sound communication and Negotiation skills
  • Good customer relationship skills
  • Must be digitally inclined
  • Computer Literacy
  • Age: 23 years and above
  • Experience in financial institutions will be an added advantage.

Remuneration

  • Income is performance-based and ranges between N240k-N320k monthly
