Inspire Her Afrika is a non-profit organization committed to raising the next generation of female African leaders by delivering a comprehensive mentorship program designed to provide personalized guidance and support to African women who are seeking to improve their skills, knowledge, and career prospects. Our vision is to be the catalyst for transformative change, we are dedicated to providing thorough mentorship and creating a safe community for African women.
About the Program
- The Inspire Her Afrika Mentorship Program is a 4-month (July -October) program designed to connect early-career African women with experienced mentors.
- This program aims to provide guidance, support, and a platform for skill development, fostering a community of growth and empowerment. Program Structure: One-on-one mentorship consultations, virtual mastery and networking sessions, Capstone Project.

Key Program Details:
- Duration: 4 Months
- Commitment: 4 hours per week
Eligibility
We are looking for African women who meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: Must have at least an undergraduate degree
- Age: Must be between 18 – 30 years.
- Commitment: Willingness to commit at least 4 hours per week for 4 months to engage in meaningful mentorship activities.
- Tools: Access to an internet connection and preferably a laptop.
- Location: Must be resident in an African country.
