Qualifications
- Recruitment, Training, and Performance Evaluation skills
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
- Knowledge of HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Experience in onboarding and developing training programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
