Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for Limehousebars.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent, managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Oversee performance management processes and facilitate employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee leave requests.
Requirements & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects effectively.
