Job Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled HR Officer to manage our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
- Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management
- Develop and implement training programs
- Ensure compliance with Company and Nigerian labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
