We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Supervisor to join one of our Lagos branches. The Hotel Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient staff performance. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Supervisor will be responsible for managing approximately 15 staff members.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of approximately 15 staff members. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests. Oversee check-in and check-out process. Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance of hotel facilities. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff. Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping. Prepare reports on hotel operations. Assist with budget planning and management.
  • Provide ongoing training opportunities for staff. Enhance skills and improve service quality.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and hotel policies. Implement corrective actions to maintain standards.
  • Work with other supervisors and departments. Ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Assist with cross-departmental initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of safety and security procedures.
  • Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.



Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree/ HND in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
