Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the hospital.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to increase brand awareness.
- Optimize the hospital’s website for user experience and search engine visibility.
- Coordinate online advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and retain patients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback from patients.
- Build and nurture relationships with the hospital’s online community.
- Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve the hospital’s online visibility and rankings in search engine results.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators and generate reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and compliant representation of medical information in digital content.
- Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to patient inquiries and comments on social media and other digital platforms.
- Stay abreast of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to digital marketing activities.
- Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns for specific medical services or departments within the hospital.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for digital growth.
- Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and informative digital content.
- Implement lead-generation strategies to attract potential patients and convert leads into appointments or engagements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of digital assets and patient data.
Education and Qualification
- Degree in Business Administration/Management / Marketing or any of the Social Sciences.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role in a hospital.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
