Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the hospital.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to increase brand awareness.
  • Optimize the hospital’s website for user experience and search engine visibility.
  • Coordinate online advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the success of digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and retain patients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback from patients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with the hospital’s online community.
  • Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve the hospital’s online visibility and rankings in search engine results.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators and generate reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and compliant representation of medical information in digital content.
  • Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to patient inquiries and comments on social media and other digital platforms.
  • Stay abreast of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to digital marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns for specific medical services or departments within the hospital.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for digital growth.
  • Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and informative digital content.
  • Implement lead-generation strategies to attract potential patients and convert leads into appointments or engagements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of digital assets and patient data.

 

Education and Qualification

  • Degree in Business Administration/Management / Marketing or any of the Social Sciences.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same role in a hospital.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
