Job Description

Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the Company’s future direction by developing and executing
strategic initiatives. The Candidate will work directly with the MD/CEO and collaborate closely with cross functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and formulate actionable plans to achieve organizational goals. The role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, leadership, and effective communication to drive successful outcomes while providing high-level strategic and organizational support to the MD/CEO of our Company. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who can effectively blend a strategy formulation with effective task management across a range of tasks while also ensuring the smooth functioning of the MD’s office, supporting its overall effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market shifts, and growth opportunities
  • Develop and refine the Company’s long-term strategic vision, mission, and goals in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Work with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring clear
    objectives, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Effectively manage key stakeholder engagements on behalf of the MD/CEO as needed as well as ensure strategic client relationships are effectively maintained.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and presentations
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and ensure alignment of strategic initiatives
  • Compile and analyze data, and create comprehensive reports and summaries for the Executive’s review
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects, initiatives, and events
  • Anticipate and address potential challenges, and provide creative solutions to enhance the Executive’s productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Implement and maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of



Strategic Lead

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • A Masters Degree will be an added advantage
  • At least 5 years experience in a strategic role, leading and/or managing key processes, relationships and projects
  • Capacity for strategic thinking and effective client engagement
  • Understanding of Corporate Finance models and projections
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

Salary Range: N6m-N8m Annually
