Job Summary

Our client in the Oil and Gas industry is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance efficiency, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and Nigerian Labour Laws. The role also involves implementing all core HR practices within the organization.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human -Resources, or a relevant field.
  • A strong academic background in business management and human resources is essential.
  • 4 years experience as an Office Manager, or a similar role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience in HR management, including knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and implement solutions.
  • Familiarity with HR management software and procurement systems
