Reports To: Senior Manager, ICT
General Liaison with: Client’s staff
Key Internal Liaison: Operations Manager, Marine Deployment Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining server 2008 AD (domain), DNS and DHCP
- Routine user and equipment support.
- System installation troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Phone/call management (offshore and onshore communication).
- AIS (Automatic Identification System) installation and support
- ISA (Internet Security Acceleration server) administration and support.
- Installation and administration of Virtual technology.

- AIS support and administration
- LAN management
- System troubleshooting
- System maintenance
- Database management
- Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 network infrastructure savvy
- AD and DNS savvy
- Knowledge of ICT regulations
- Attention to detail

- AIS administration and support

The mission of the Role:
To provide, coordinate, and facilitate the use of technology and information resources to the satisfaction of the Client’s staff and clients
Context:
Regular user and equipment support in all Client’s offices and clients
Educational Qualifications, Certifications and Experience:
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Electrical Electronics, Computer Science/Engineering, or other applicable degree course
- Certifications such as CCNA and CISA are required
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience.
