JOB DESCRIPTION
- Recruitment of Healthcare workers from Facebook and Indeed.
- Scheduling Health Care Workers for training.
- Scheduling Health Care workers for various work shifts.
- Collation and summation of Time Sheets.
- Keeping record of all reports submitted by staff.
- Reporting any recorded issue to the management.
- Managing of Employees end-end, from Recruitment to Exit.
- Recording and Tracking all key business activities.
- Other duties assigned by Management in line with the role from time to time.
Qualification and Attributes
- HND or BSc from a reputable university.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Agile, Hardworking and committed personnel.
- 1 – 2 years of work experience required
- Must be able to speak English fluently
- Must be available at Texas work hours time – 9am – 5pm
- Must be able to adjust and work with American time zone
- Dedicated and Compassionate
- Honest
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and conversational skills.
- MUST have experience working as a Human Resources Officer/Outsourcing Firm.
- Strong affinity for customer service.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Patience and willingness to follow processes
