A seasoned HR. Officer is urgently needed to support the HRM in performing both operational and strategic hr. functions inline with the organizational goals.
Job description
The successful candidate will be responsible for employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding & placement, performance management, payroll administration, learning & development, exit management, verification & reference checks, conflict resolution, general administration.
Job Specification of HR Officer
Our ideal candidate must posses the following:
- Bsc. Human Resource Management/ Business Admin. Or related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 4years cognate experience as a hr. officer/generalist.
- Proficient in the use of HRIS, ATS, Ms. Office Suites & Candidate Sourcing Techniques.
- Agile and able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership and deliver result without supervision.
- Good with presentation, report writing and minute taking.
- Good understanding of the Nigeria Labour Law.
- CIPM/SHRM/HRCI is a plus.
