Aella is seeking a bright and curious individual to join our growing data team as a Data Analyst Intern.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping us understand and leverage our data assets to make informed decisions, drive business growth, and ultimately, revolutionize how we do things.

What You’ll Do:

● Assist with designing and developing insightful Power BI reports and dashboards that make complex data understandable and actionable.

● Write and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.

● Build Data Models using different techniques to inform decision-making.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, interpret results, and communicate findings effectively.

● Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of our data infrastructure and processes.

 

What You Bring:

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.

● Proficiency in Power BI, including building visualizations, applying data formatting, and creating interactive dashboards.

● Solid understanding of SQL and experience with writing queries to extract, clean, and transform data.

● Working knowledge of either Python or R for data analysis and scripting.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.

● A hunger to learn and grow, with a passion for exploring new technologies and approaches to data analysis.

● Have between 0-2 years doing data analytics.
