Job Summary
A Lifestyle creator who focuses on Personal Growth and Development is seeking a creative and organised Content/Social Media Officer to manage social media accounts, drive revenue growth, brand awareness and visibility through social media. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, content creation, excellent communication skills, a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update social media accounts (i.e Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn etc) with engaging content.
- Create engaging content for all social media platforms
- Manage and grow the creator’s social media presence
- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns to reach target audiences
- Create eye-catching graphics for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials that align with the creator’s identity.
- Organise and edit engaging video content for social media, podcasts, and promotional materials, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound.
- Monitor social media performance and analytics.
- Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling.
- Handle correspondence and communication.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social media efforts, providing insights and recommendations for -improvement
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in social media management and administrative roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Salary & Other RequirementsS
- Salary: N100,000 – N120,000 monthly depending on experience
- It’s a Full time employment
- Proximity to Ikeja is key
- Fresh Graduates/Corp Members are encouraged to apply
- Ability to Manage self and work independently whilst working Hybrid (most days are remote)
