Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Success Specialist to join our client’s team. As a Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding the team and driving growth. Your primary responsibility will be to contact Independent Outside Mortgage Agents (OMAs), present the value proposition, and secure appointments with the recruitment specialist.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact Independent Outside Mortgage Agents (OMAs): Conduct outreach to talented independent outside mortgage agents to invite them to join the network.
  • Present Value Proposition: Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits and value of joining the organization.
  • Set Appointments: If interest is shown, set appointments with the recruitment specialist to answer questions and initiate the onboarding process.
    • Main goal: Make outbound calls and secure confirmed appointments.
  • Maintain Pipeline: Keep track of potential agents who have not yet been reached.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up on any past missed opportunities identified by the recruitment specialist.
  • Appointment Confirmation: Ensure all appointments are confirmed by text or email at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled time.
  • Daily Reporting: Report daily results to the manager, including:
    • Number of outbound calls (minimum 60)
    • Number of voice-to-voice contacts (approximately 60%)
    • Number of appointments made (minimum of 2-4 confirmed daily, 1-2 for each recruitment specialist)

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel: Comfortable using MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Outbound Sales or Telemarketing Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is required.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated: Driven by achieving targets and success.
  • Working Schedule: 10 AM – 4 PM, Monday – Friday (Toronto Local Time)

 

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
  • A webcam
  • Noise-canceling USB Headset
  • Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
