JOB TITLE: Business Development Officer (HR Services) | LOCATION: Lekki, Lagos | Salary: 150-200k
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Business Development Officer to drive sales and expand our client base. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in selling HR services or other consulting services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to meet client needs.
- Promote the company’s services.
- Develop strategies to meet business development goals.
- Create quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
- Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers in organizations.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling HR services or consulting services.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be smart and presentable.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Sound presentation skills.
