Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Health Analyst (Writer/Journalist) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on the health sector, including trends, policies, and economic impacts.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and articles on health-related topics that influence financial decisions.
- Collaborate with our editorial team to create content that educates our audience on health economics, healthcare investment, and related topics.
- Monitor global and local health news, policy changes, and industry developments to identify and report on emerging trends.
- Provide data-driven insights and forecasts on the health sector to support Nairametrics’ financial analysis and content creation.
- Assist in developing strategies for expanding Nairametrics’ coverage in the health sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in health analysis, health economics, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex health data and trends.
- Familiarity with health policies, regulations, and the economic aspects of the health sector.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a plus.
