What you will be doing as the Head of Traffic Ops
- Develop and implement traffic acquisition strategies to drive website and digital platform traffic, with a focus on increasing user engagement and conversion
- Lead a team of traffic operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, content, and product, to optimize traffic acquisition efforts and ensure alignment with business goals
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search, display, social media, and email, to drive targeted traffic and reach key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and analyze traffic performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to senior management
- Conduct A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve the effectiveness of traffic acquisition campaigns and initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in traffic acquisition, digital advertising, and performance marketing, making recommendations for innovation and improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support traffic acquisition initiatives and drive business growth
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of marketing technology tools and platforms is a plus
