Head of Human Resources at CIG Motors

Job Overview:

CIG Motors is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 12 years of overall HR experience, including at least 6 years in leadership positions. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the company’s human resources strategy, fostering a positive work culture, and driving talent management initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Implement talent management strategies to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts while maintaining a fair and consistent approach.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Lead the development and administration of competitive and attractive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Learning and Development:
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate career development initiatives to support employee growth within the organization.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics:
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making at the executive level.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in leadership positions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that contribute to organizational success.

Salary: ₦800,000.00 – ₦1,500,000.00 per month
