Job Overview:
CIG Motors is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 12 years of overall HR experience, including at least 6 years in leadership positions. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the company’s human resources strategy, fostering a positive work culture, and driving talent management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement talent management strategies to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts while maintaining a fair and consistent approach.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Lead the development and administration of competitive and attractive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Learning and Development:
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate career development initiatives to support employee growth within the organization.
- HR Metrics and Analytics:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making at the executive level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in leadership positions.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that contribute to organizational success.

Salary: ₦800,000.00 – ₦1,500,000.00 per month
