Role Summary
- We are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our team. This role is critical in driving our customer acquisition and market penetration strategies as we scale our innovative roadside assistance services.
- The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of designing and executing growth experiments across multiple channels. Experience in the automobile or insurance sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers through digital marketing channels, partnerships, and offline initiatives.
- Growth Experimentation: Design and run growth experiments to test hypotheses, iterating based on data to identify scalable acquisition channels.
- Performance Marketing: Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, optimizing for ROI and customer acquisition costs.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging materials that resonate with our target audience and drive inbound leads.
- Partnership Development: Identify and engage with potential partners in the automobile and insurance sectors to create mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Work closely with product and tech teams to enhance the customer experience, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a growth marketing role, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and engagement.
- Experience in the automobile or insurance sector is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
Creativity:
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to challenging growth problems.
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to various stakeholders.
