Job Summary (Growth Intern)
Kuda is a money app for Africans on a mission to make financial services accessible, affordable and rewarding for every African on the planet.

We’re giving Africans around the world a better alternative to traditional finance by delivering money transfers, smart budgeting and instant access to credit through digital devices.

About the role- Growth Intern
Kuda is looking for an intern to join the Growth team and support day-to-day activities and initiatives. This will include administrative tasks, platform and process management, research, and campaign setup. This role will sit within the Growth Marketing function but will also have opportunities to work with Growth Products and Growth Data and gain a wide range of experience.
Job Responsibilities- Growth Intern
- Support the team in daily administrative tasks such as reporting, preparation of slide decks, Notion documentation, etc.
- Monitor and update platform management processes (audience lists, campaign tagging, content organization, naming conventions, etc.)
- Conduct competitor and customer research to support Growth initiatives.
- Support the team with campaign setups across different platforms (digital ads, lifecycle messaging, etc.).
- Liaise with other teams to help drive projects forward
- Assist with testing new features and troubleshooting potential bugs within the tools that we use.
- Explore ways to utilize available (or new) technology to improve team operations and unlock efficiencies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, and share insights with the rest of the team.
- Be adaptive to business needs and take on ad hoc projects as required.
Job Requirements- Growth Intern
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with the use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs etc.)
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and hardworking
