We are looking for a funding and account manager who will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of client funding accounts. Your responsibilities will encompass tracking funding across various platforms, processing withdrawals, managing exchanges, reconciling daily trades with our brokerage partner, and addressing funding disputes. Your proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring smooth banking operations will be instrumental in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Funding Account Management: oversees and manages all client funding accounts efficiently.
  • Withdrawal Processing: manage and process all withdrawal requests on time.
  • Exchange Management: track and manage all exchanges conducted by clients.
  • Funding Dispute Resolution: proactively manage and resolve funding disputes raised by clients on all platforms.
  • Daily Trade Reconciliation: perform daily trade reconciliation with our brokerage partner to ensure the accuracy and completeness of transactions. Also, identify and rectify any discrepancies in trade records.
  • Issue Escalation and Resolution: escalate and resolve funding and withdrawal issues raised by clients or internal stakeholders. Provide timely and effective solutions to address issues and minimize impact on operations.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ICAN chartered (added advantage).
  • Proven experience in financial operations, preferably in a banking or trading environment.
  • Strong understanding of funding processes, withdrawal procedures, and exchange management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for financial management and reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
