Description 

Here are the brief duties of a Front Desk Officer at MKK Diagnostic Centre:

  • Greet and Welcome Patients: Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming patients and visitors.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule patient appointments, including reminders and confirmations.
  • Patient Registration: Assist patients with registration forms and maintain accurate records.
  • Billing and Payments: Handle billing, process payments, and manage related inquiries.
  • Answer Inquiries: Respond to phone calls and direct questions to the appropriate department.
  • Coordinate with Medical Staff: Ensure smooth communication and coordination between patients and medical staff.
  • Maintain Front Desk Area: Keep the reception area organized and presentable.

 

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 1 – 5 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
