Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of financial principles and practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals and objectives
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to management
• Manage and optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including variance analysis and performance reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
• Collaborate with other departments to support decision-making and drive business growth
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; (MBA will be an added advantage)
• Proven experience in a finance leadership role, with at least [5-8] years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
