Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hospital, including budget tracking, financial reporting, and cash flow management. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for providing financial analysis and support for strategic planning, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining financial records.
Qualifications- Finance Manager
- Minimum of 5 years experience at Managerial or Supervisory Level
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in healthcare finance is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACA or ACCA is a plus
