Shulifang Biotechnology is a Chinese company located in the lekki free zone Lagos Nigeria. which produces and manages household daily necessities, such as dishwashing liquid, powder detergent, edible oil, etc and manufacture of plastics and makeup kits

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Market Assignment: Assigning sales representatives to specific markets and providing them with the necessary resources and support to carry out their assigned tasks effectively.
  • Market Engagement: Ensuring that sales representatives are actively engaging with customers and prospects in the assigned market to promote and sell our company’s products.
  • Product Familiarity: Ensuring that sales representatives have a comprehensive understanding of our company’s products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, in order to effectively communicate this information to customers.
  • Customer Communication: Encouraging effective and professional communication with customers to build and maintain strong relationships, address inquiries, and provide product information.
  • Independent Prospecting: Encouraging and supporting sales representatives to proactively identify and approach potential customers, build a customer base, and expand the company’s market presence.

 

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 3 – 15 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of our company’s products and the ability to articulate their value to potential customers.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to different market conditions and customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned markets as necessary.

 

Salary
N200,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
