Responsibilities of Female Facility Personnel
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate with external vendors for facility-related services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage the allocation of office space and workplace layout.
- Handle facility-related emergencies and urgent issues.
- Maintain records of facility-related expenses and budget adherence.
Qualifications of Female Facility Personnel
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management.
- Proven knowledge of facility operations and maintenance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with facility management software is a plus.
Salary
- N150,000 per month.
