Job Summary:
We’re looking for a well-spoken, fluent English speaker, and Microsoft tools expert to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Provide product/service information and support
- Manage and maintain customer records
- Conduct research and data entry tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Female candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Customer Service or Call Center Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Reliable internet connection and computer hardware
- Lagos (Island preferred) residency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)
- Data analysis and reporting skills
