Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in the recruitment industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Generate new business through lead generation, cold calling, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality service.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Experience in the staffing/recruitment Industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with modern business tools.
Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
