Job Description: Facility Manager
- The Facility Manager is responsible for the effective functioning of the estate, provides an efficient and safe working environment for occupants and their activities by ensuring the adoption of best business practices to manage resources, services and processes.
Qualifications and Exprience
- Relevant Degree from a reputable tertiary institution
- Sound knowledge of Health safety and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of routine and preventive maintenance
- Planning and project management
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in residential, commercial and corporate site.
Skills:
- Financial planning and negotiating skills with ability to develop and manage a project.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to relate to clients and external third parties.
